Complete Design and Build Process   

In the beginning....

It starts with your telephone call or email

Chat to one of our designers on the telephone to discuss your requirements

If you would like to explore the idea of design further, we will be delighted to make an appointment to visit you and your garden

If you live within a 25 mile radius of Worcester, there is no charge for this first visit. At this meeting you can talk about your requirements for the garden, view our extensive portfolio of plans and project photographs, and ask about typical costs.  

If you live further afield, we may ask for a contribution towards mileage costs and driving time.

We will leave a booklet with you  explaining our work ethos and if you wish to proceed to the next stage, simply return the forms from within the brochure or give us a call - whichever is easier.
