Why work for Envisage?
We are an award-winning, multi-disciplinary team that has been in business for over 30 years.
Our existing team have a wealth of knowledge and skills that they are willing to share, but also value the experience that a new recruit would bring. We have our own yard and can provide all equipment.
We work hard to produce high-quality landscapes for delightful clients around the West Midlands and the Cotswolds.
The nature and scale of the projects we undertake mean that we take recruitment seriously and are looking for the very best. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are the most important things you can bring to the team, as we can provide training and help you learn new skills.
Attention to detail is a key part of our ethos as we pride ourselves on a job well done, and as a result we regularly receive client referrals.
Envisage is part of the Grafton Nursery partnership, so you can also enjoy taking a break from 'regular' work to help expand our award-winning nursery brand 'Hardy Eucalyptus', and build gardens or exhibits with us at RHS shows such as Malvern and Chelsea.
So far, we have won 23 Flower Show medals, including a Chelsea Gold a Floral Marquee trophy, and the coveted Peoples Choice award at RHS Tatton as part of the Young Designer of the Year competition.
We're good at what we do, but we can have fun too! We want your day-to-day to be enjoyable and we occasionally manage to fit in a few trips and nights out.
Joining Envisage would mean:
- being a part of a talented team,
- working in a variety of beautiful settings local to Worcester,
- learning new skills or sharing your own,
- taking pride in what we can achieve,
- and most of all, we want you to enjoy working with us.
